Fu’s Repair Shop was amazing! The interior is such a vibe! Love the interior and shout out to Zena, she was an excellent server! The Mango lassi was smooth and tasty! For appetizers, the pork wontons in chili were amazing and the Siu Aap Duck Tacos were the best pieces of duck I have ever had!! They were fresh, savoury and tender, the duck was cooked to perfection! The Cha Siu Chow Mein… oh man, the best chow mein I have had in awhile! I loved my time at Fu’s! Definitely coming back!
Finally made it to Fu’s only after they started taking reservations since they’ve been so busy since opening this past April. Went for after work drinks and snacks and had a great time. As expected, the vibe inside was super cool and hip. We ordered the duck tacos which were better than expected - very well seasoned and fall of the bone tender. I ordered the Spicy Mandarin Sour and my wife got the Return of the Dragon, both delicious. I was a little bummed there weren’t any happy hour deals but they probably don’t need any as they’re busy regardless of any special deals.
For the people who think it don't looks like restaurant, I have to say it is a restaurant, but they only open Thursday to Sunday, and they dont have any sign show up on their window or door, so its hard to tell its a Chinese restaurant. Also they put newspaper/flyers all over the front window, so you can not see through, they write 'we fix everything' on the door, make you think it's a store to fix your old DVD or radio machine, but they are only fix your food.I know it's confusing but maybe they do it on purpose. If you looking for traditional Chinese Dim sum, you won't like this place, but if you want try something very special, you might want visit here, they use Cantonese write the menu, so if you don't understand whats inside just ask them. The food amount may not big enough to share for group of people, but the drink menu quite great. If you have kids not a good place for them, no wheelchair accessible, and you have to use the pay park on 109st.they don't want people find them on Google map, hope they are not hiding from AHS LOL. Kid-friendliness: not for family have kids Parking: no free park Wheelchair accessibility: no wheelchair accessible
Second time and brought my sister and her friend ! It wasn’t too cold for the outdoor dome to eat in so it was fun ! The servers are so good at recommending what to try and drinks are unreal! They change it up so I’m looking forward to my next visit ! I always tell my friends to go!
Heard lots of hype about this place! Here are my impressions after trying. First, I would recommend a reservation. Glad my group got one because I saw a lot of people waiting. Second, atmosphere was superb. Love the vintage-esq vibes and dim lights. Great for a date or girls night out, your instagram photos will come out nice. Third, food was overall good! We tried out several different dishes, and there was only two I would not recommend: the siu mai and the cheung fun. I see what they were trying to achieve, but those renditions were just too far from the authentic for me to enjoy it personally. I got the soju/yakult cocktail and I loved it. Would highly recommend. Overall, I would recommend! I probably wouldn’t go all out in a dinner here again considering how pricey it is, but I would for sure get drinks and an appetizer for social outings.
If you need your fix come to Fu’s Repair Shop! First, unique drinks you won’t find anywhere else in this hidden gem. Make a reservation to be rolled out for All Day Dim Sum. Our favourite dish of the night was Fried Rice with Duck. Shoutout to Glaze for her amazing service topping off our date night! Definitely will be back to try out other menu items or combinations.
I came here for a job so i wasnt able to fully appreciate and enjoy the food. However, the little that I tried at fus was spectacular. I can't wait to return and have a go at their incredible fusion menu.Food: 5/5
The decorations were amazing. The servers were friendly. Though the flavors of the food we ordered were way too strong and portions were small. I tried the poseidon cheung fun and hainanese chicken rice cake
First time here last night and we loved it. You can’t tell at all from the outside how busy and cute it is on the inside, absolutely love the decor and the vibe. We mostly came for cocktails but had to get some green onion cakes which were so delicious. The spiked mango lassi was my fav but I liked the cherry blossom as well, all around very good cocktails and can’t wait to go again.
This place is amazing. Super chill but cool vibe. I had zero improvements to add. I enjoyed the Mr. Chens noodle soup, the panzanilla salad and some dim sum and all was amazing! Lots of flavor in the salad especially! Special note the beer teapot was hilarious. Also the cocktails were delicious so yes it was all awesome.Food: 5/5
