Prices in the renaissances keep getting higher .nnAfter waiting 25 minutes to try items on, the Cabin lady asked me to hurry up because there was a line up………n1- not my responsibility.n2- this paid job involves overseeing lineups and tending to the cabins. Not coordinating customers and pushing them to move faster. Having additional cabins might help speed up the process.n3- I too had to wait in line for ay least 20 mins. I spent less time in the cabins than I did waiting in line.nnPut my hand in the pocket of a winter coat, and pricked it on the wire of a used face mask that was filthy. Needless to say it was a scary moment and I left highly stressed.nnWould not return and would not recommend.nnJust another village des voleurs ,nBut more unsanitary.
Below average. 2stars. Way too many fast fashion brands selling for almost their retail price. Basic HM tshirts for 8cad? No seasonal catering whatsoever.n1 extra star for how spacious it is.
I've never had a bad experience at this renaissance until now...At my last visit, a lady working at the changing rooms opened my door THREE times WHILE I WAS CHANGING. The first time, she knocked, but since I had literally just gone in I was a bit confused as to why, so I did not respond. Once she opened the door I of course reacted. She does this two more times. No matter the reason this was absolutely not acceptable as she knew there was clearly someone in there.
I wanted to buy a pair of jeans that was $8.25 like all the other jeans in their jeans rack and they wouldn't sell it to me because it didn't have a price tag! I can't remember if the tag fell off or didn't have one. I understand their policy but it's a dumb one. It leaves a very negative experience to the customer. There should be a way for the cashier to notify a manager and confirm the price. I know they do have boutique jeans for $16 and it's possible that a $16 jean's tag fell off and put in the $8.25 section so why can't the cashier ask a manager? This is the 2nd time it's happened to me and it makes me very angry. Cashier said the jeans have to go back upstairs to get it priced and I have to come back to see if it's on the rack. I did go back the next day and it's not there. Not returning to this thrift store or donating either.
little vietnamese lady very rude every single time i visit. great finds but this lady need to change her attitude.
