Friends Furniture And Mattress

I purchased a sofa set and table from these pigs. They claim it was made in the states and made from the highest quality materials. It came in boxes that said made in China and the sofas were already started to rip on the first week and the table had scratches everywhere on the wood. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They don't know a thing about customer service. If anyone wants a free table and sofas come get them from me because I rather give them away to someone for free rather than send them to the junk yard where they really belong

If I had option to give Zero star I would give that to Friends Furniture. I have bought Sofa set with two chairs and dining table from them a month ago. When they had to sell the furniture their sales person Randy posed so nicely, said "Yes" for everything and assured constantly that they will take care of everything. My sofa and love seat was delivered on time but no chairs. The store and delivery guy didn't even bother to let us know that there are not chairs or they are late. When I called store about chairs then said they are back ordered and will be delivered in couple of days. Those couple of days ended up in few weeks and almost fifty calls to store. Sofa seat already started to flattered out from the center. Second item I bought is a Glass dining table from them which was so praised by Randy that how table comes with warranty and guarantee and glass will never scratch. They will take care of manufacturing defect. But, Every time we put a plate on the table that glass gets a new scratch. Yes, isn't it funny? I called Randy letting that know that it seems like a manufacturing defect and his answer was that is not possible and you may have scratched table with a fork or knife and we or manufacturer can't do anything about it. He didn't even bother to listen to my problem and straight said we can't do anything about it. Our sofa costed us $3,500 and its seats started to flatten down after a month. Now I am afraid of calling Friends Furniture about it since I will get the same answer that we can't do anything about it or just take a picture and email to us, we will see what we can do about it. If I knew that's the answer I will get from them, I would have never bought my furniture from Friends Furniture. I have paid everything in advance as they ask for and my furniture was never deliver on time. Their delivery guys are supposed to assemble the furniture, my dining table was delivered on Friday night and they started to assemble it. after 10 minutes one of the guy said they have left some part of table in the store and will bring it in 10 minutes. They never came back and Glass table was opened on my floor. I called store next day and told them the situation, they said we can't come during weekend since we don't work on weekend so it has to stay like that on your floor. I don''t have big kitchen and most of the kitchen was occupied by glass top. I was not able to cook in my kitchen for 2 days. They came back on Monday night after I called ten different people in store. All the warranty and Guarantee they promise you during sale are a big fat LIE. I have never seen such a rip off and fraud going on in my life, I would suggest not to waste your money on their croaked and defective products and go to a Canadian store instead where they actually live up to their promises. At this point, I just feel cheated !!

If possible, I could give them negative star rating but that is not possible. Below are issues dealing with them. Be aware. 1) They do not deliver on time however, how much you pay to them. While taking orders, they say it will be delivered on time or even before the due time but they do not deliver it. I got delivery time line as two weeks. Upon inquiry I came to know that "two weeks" translates to 14 business days meaning 18 calendar days. 2) They make you sing "Delivery letter" as soon as you pay them your deposit. 3) When they deliver, their delivery people will scratch your floor with the work boots that have metal in it. 4) They broke a hinge on my entry door. Got a commitment that they will fix it next day but some still is to come after 10 days. 5) Even before delivery my sofa was torn. I was not about to accept delivery but I got a commitment (same as hinge) that it will be resolved within a week. But now this is more than a week but still no word from them after 3 follow-ups a day. 6) Event as of 9/29, have not heard from the Friends furniture.

OUTSTANDING Customer service, the moment i entered the store all the sales rep greeted me so well. the sales rep particularly i dealt with Gary helped and explained me, he took his time but very efficiently he was paying attention to other customers as well . i didn't feel neglected at all . i love there Friends Furniture (Argentia Location especially ) the other rep Ajay was so courteous and helpful too ...i will suggest everyone to come and check out as they were best in furniture and customer service as well. They delivered furniture on time and the guys who came to deliver were so generous as they helped to move my old furniture but the best part was they didn't even charged me anything. they went above and beyond on all my expectations. I would definitely recommend all my FAMILY & FRIENDS to buy furniture from them .

Disgusting customer survice I ordered a bed and 2 night stands and the delivery time was 1 week its been almost 3 weeks now and ive still didnt get the bed and the night tables you have to call 100 times for them to even give you a answer DONT BUY FROM HERE I ADVISE YOU
