Terrible customer service! Bought a queen bed, the box broke on the second day using it. It has been six months I have been trying to get in touch with someone. No one replied to my monthly emails. On the phone the administrator always promise to have the manager calling me back... never had anyone calling back. Thought I will save a bit of money... all I have done is wasting tons of time!

Galaxy Bedding makes the best value mattress we have ever sold. We have been selling Galaxy Mattresses for many years and have not had a lot of problem with the quality. Parks Furniture also guarantees they'll beat anybody's price on Galaxy Mattresses by at least 10%. So before you buy your mattress somewhere else call us for a quote . We have been in business since 1943 and deliver to most locations in Ontario.

This place has really good mattresses. They specialize in doing private label mattresses for some of the biggest companies. I got an amazing organic latex mattress. I’m sleeping really well. I would recommend finding the closest dealer that sells their products

A friend/sales rep there got a twin mattress for my son a couple years ago, and I already need to throw it to the curb, it is terrible! The worst quality made mattress I have ever seen, I wish I never trusted the sales rep there to convince me to buy this. It was a complete waste of money. I defiantly do not recommend this company's product to anyone.

If I can rate no star, I would. For heath concern, please stay away from this brand. We have recently purchased a mattress from an outlet store from Mississauga. The price is reasonable. I did review their website to find out their information before I paid visit to the store. We like this is an Canadian company and claimed they used good quality materials. However the experience with the mattress was horrible. As soon as we opened the plastic cover, we smelt a VERY strong toxic smell. We are aware that new form mattress should have new material smell since the form is made of different chemical. We have left the mattress in balcony for a couple of days and in bedroom with windows/doors open for another couple days, the smell was still very strong. However, we'd like to give it a try still. So on one night, we decided to sleep on it. After one hour of sitting on it, holly ****, my husband had an asthma attack! and I had skin rash under my chin! At first, we tried not to connect this with mattress but we slept on the living room floor instead just to try to avoid the persistent awful smell. The next day, I went to our bedroom and worked at my desk for a couple of hours, boom! Skin rash came back again and I also felt headache. At that time, I was pretty sure this mattress somewhat caused allergy reaction to both of us. although I was not sure if this was because of the smell or combination of the smell and materials. We tried to return this mattress to the store but the store wouldn't accept any return but only exchange. They told us that THE manufacture never had this issue before and they do not issue return and therefore we can't return it. We simply didn't want to take any risk so I contacted the store a couple of times. After back and forth with the store, we finally managed to bear a great loss on our side and got partial refund for the mattress. This is a really unfortunate and stressful experience to us. We had suffered discomfort, financial loss plus lost use of our bedroom for over 20 days. We tried to support a local Canadian manufactory but it turned out to be a very unpleasant purchase
