The Home Depot

Just visited the store today. Unlike the other stores I've reviewed, this location has done a fairly good job securing their pallet racks together there were just a few missing bolts from the racks. Unfortunately, they have fallen well short of acceptable over-head/overstock safety protocols, and many safety-nets are open, creating a potential safety hazard for anyone standing underneath these open nets. There was one item on the upper shelf that looked like it was about to fall, which would definitely cause harm. Photos attached.nnSpeed is not a substitute for safety.nnAlso worth noting were the number of tall-ladders that were not properly chained. Again, another potential safety hazard which is easily avoided.nnI passed 12 or so employees, with 5 of them asking if I needed help, which was OK. Certain parts of the store were messy, cluttered, or needed stock put away/sorted correctly. Lots of employees chit-chatting.

Just want to thank Robert and Margot for their exceptional customer service. They exceeded my expectations as we were purchasing appliances today. They didn’t hesitate to provide all the informative needed to make our purchase. Thank you again for your patience.

Went to buy paint for my new babies room. The colours the wife picked were not from Home Depot, but I was lucky to meet the nicest lady in the paint department. I showed her what my wife wanted and she picked out the perfect colours and the wife was very happy. I wish I got her name so I could post it here.

I was in looking for advice as to how to stain my deck…so many options, and I wasn’t sure how to start. Mark, in paints was so helpful! He showed me all the options, and guided me as to how to proceed. Thank you so much, Mark…can’t wait to see the finished product.
