This restaurant offers fresh ingredients, making it a solid choice for breakfast. While the service was average, the convenient central location adds to its appeal. They also have a few small tables where you can dine in.Food: 5/5
Ordered bowls online and they were ready fairly quickly. Decent value food for what you pay about $15 per person, standard freshii prices.Food: 4/5
Great value healthy lunch and staff were patient despite us changing our order mid way. Daily specials at 9.99.Food: 5/5
WE have eaten breakfast 4 days and one dinner at Freshii in Whistle for our entire stay. The food is delicious and clean. The staff is always pleasant and courteous. The creamy tomato soup is probably the best ever. I highly recommend this place for a delicious meal that is awesome and not too pricey…definitely worth every cent spent!!
Food is good and healthy. Very disappointed that the company has decided to outsource the staff by having your order taken from a person video calling from an iPad. The person serving you from the iPad also doesn't receive any of the tips It asked, which is rotten considering they are the one greeting you and taking your order etc. Almost certain these guys are getting paid less than Canada minimum wage, which is pretty despicable. Either pay them a fair wage including tips or revert back to normal service.
Finally freshii is in Whistler!!! Very healthy and great food!! Staff is awesome and they really take care of my dietary needs! Have you seen their virtual cashier? So cool! Living in Whistler I know about the staff shortage each work place faces but credit goes where it's due; such an out of the box thinking to combat staff shortages. Good job freshii!
Ordering is weird and impersonal as is done over an iPad with a person based remotely I’m assuming, even though there was a person stood there waiting for us to order so she could compile it. This place is called Feshii so I assumed it would be good healthy food, however our bowl was served with a sprinkling of any form of freshness! Vegetarian options: Falafel
Not a fan of the person taking the order over a video call whilst a team member, there in person, awaits to prepare the food. Special advertised a bowl at discounted rate but a extra charge was added on for protein choice which I had assumed would have been part of the deal. I had tough chewy chicken which wasn't particular nice to eat either. Overall, quite disappointed really.
This restaurant has a "virtual" customer service, someone talks to you on an iPad with video while an employee is standing behind the counter waiting for your order to be put through with them. It made us feel very uncomfortable, the iPad just started talking to us while we were looking at the menu. It made us feel so awkward that we decided to leave without eating there. The restaurant is small, the iPad looks directly to the tables eating. Even though the iPad has a person on it, it still removes the human touch. It's clearly a poor effort to reduce labor costs.
Good bowls but they’re trying this new virtual service thing which is WEIRD. Haha I don’t want to talk to someone on a screen, obviously I came to buy food in person because I want to interact a real person. We’ve had enough of zoom!
