Freshii

I’ve been to well-run Freshiis, and this is not one. The food is barely average for the chain, but the service is very slow and inefficient. They may be understaffed, but the lady takes several orders before even starting to make the first one. I suppose this ensures people have to wait the twenty minutes for their order if they’ve already paid, but they REALLY need a better system and at least two front-end staff during the lunch hours when customers often have time constraints.

The amounts have been cut in half I'm sure. I asked why I'm now only getting just over half a bowl of food I've been ordering the same every week through the app for a few years now a few weeks ago I was getting way more. I was told they have a limit they have to stick to. I get that but why was the limit more a few weeks ago than it is now! I'm now looking for an alternative store. I've had enough of Freshii!

The food I got did not taste good, my broccoli tastes like it was going rotten, when asked what type of protein I was not notified it was an additional cost to the food I was already purchasing. Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food. I would not recommend to other peoples as how the restaurant is right now and I would not go back.

Ordered a smoothie, two bacon cheddar pockets and a tomato soup. For some reason they put the pockets in with the smoothie. Upon arrival the smoothie was knocked over and spilled all over the food so they weren't even edible. The half wasted smoothie was supposed to be the mango pineapple one but tasted like straight bananas. The soup was in a separate bag but it was half full and freezing cold. For the price and the cost of delivery I am so disappointed. I am making a complaint to Skip to try and get a refund. Will not be eating from here again

Very bad experience. I went in for Chicken tortilla soup and got a container with the ingredients but the broth. I asked for the broth and he went back to supposedly add more, it didn't get pass the rice which was the first ingredient in tjhe bottom. Soup was cold and no flavour at all. Wont be coming to this location again.

They used to be so good. Quality has gone down so much, toppings don’t taste or look fresh, portions are smaller. Too bad.

Walked in at 7:45 pm and was told they were closing and there was only Cobb salad and Fiesta to choose from. Very little dressing, egg had a black mark on it, couldn’t tell if it was mold or from the steel container it was in. Product was not fresh. Way over priced for what I got and the menu prices listed were not up to date.

Seriously?! $1 dollar for ONE tiny piece of avocado. Are you people insane? Most places will at least put 3 slices. I am so mad!!

So so disappointing…. Just ordered lunch from here. Rice was uncooked. Avocado was so unripe you couldn’t even bite it. This is the third time I’ve had a bad meal here. Won’t be ordering again.

I walked in to order my food which was prepared very fast. The service was very friendly, food is delicious.
