Quarantined with Covid, we were feeling like cozying up to a bowl of Chicken Udon soup no noodles, which leaves room for extra broth.  We placed the order on Skip and then I called the restaurant to mention, last time we ordered this, the broth was spilled inside the bag, please watch that doesn’t happen this time. Sure enough it arrived with all the broth spilled inside the bag they packaged it in and a bowl full of noodle see pic of order that specified no noodles please.  I called the store and they blamed it all on Skip, wouldn’t let me talk to a manager, he left 5 minutes ago.  Wouldn’t give a name to follow up with, said I could find it on the internet. Zero customer service from Edo in Cochrane.

This is the friendliest Edo Japan I have ever been to! Always a smile, even from the staff in the back. It really makes the experience enjoyable for me.  My girlfriend and I stop in every Thursday for the $10 sushi special. The tempura shrimp is always so fresh and perfectly crispy. I'd give more stars if I could.

Extremely rude customer service today at noon. The guy taking my order rolled his eyes at me and was annoyed that I wanted to change my order. It's not that difficult to press the delete key. I walked out before finishing placing my order. Happy to take my business  elsewhere.

I used to go here quite a bit, but the sushi was disgusting last time. Now I can't go back. Very disappointed!

My meal was great I got there towards closing and everybody made me feel comfortable nobody rushed me out there were plugs for my laptop and USB plugs for my phone and wifiFood: 5/5

Great sushi, very fresh! We eat here every other week and the staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and hardworking.

While Edo is essentially the fast-food version of Japanese cuisine, I can't get enough of it. My go to is the Full Noodle Bowl.Food: 5/5

The food was over priced and not as good as it used to be. Burnt taste from either sea or teriyaki sauce. The bento box had the sauce spilled all over and tempura was solid.....

Could have included more meat.  It depends on who's cooking that day.Food: 4/5
