Head to your favorite KFC in Cochrane for a great time on the toilet. I only recommend this place for bad customer service and uncooked pink chicken. If you want to experience an explosion in your bathroom, then this the right place to buy your food. They also messed up my order and didn't even try to fix it. The old management was amazing, not sure why they left and this new inexperienced management took over.

I would like to say the service was courteous and efficient but the food was substandard, maybe an off day for the franchisee. Chicken was barely breaded a tad undercooked and the gravy tasted burnt. I don't like to complain publicly but if I was a business owner I would want to know.

Not a pleasant lunch. Restaurant had a foul odor inside. Our order was incorrect Chicken was dry. Fries tasted old and overcooked. Popcorn chicken was cold. Pop machine had several flavors not working. My children, wife and myself all did not enjoy this meal. Unfortunately we won't return.Food: 1/5

Unable to eat the chicken tenders, they were so salty, imagine pouring a salt shaker right into your mouth. The fries were over cooked and dark brown bordering on burnt. They must have changed their gravy recently, not the typical chicken and pepper gravy they used to have. This gravy almost seems beef flavoured. We only order KFC once a year so hopefully this was all a one off. The bucket of original chicken was good, no changes there.

The worst meal I have ever had in a KFC in the world and I have been in many countries. The gravy was so running and taste less, the chicken was obviously a reheat as it was bone dry and like bark it was so hard. The only nice thing was the biscuits. Wont be back, there so many other good takeaways in Cochrane to choose from.

Had visited this location yesterday as we were out and about for a drive. Staff was friendly and suggested various options for us to try. Food was served quickly and it was fresh. Kudos, will definitely come back again..

Our first time at this location. Chicken was fresh and tasty. KFC in general needs new fries but that is a chain thing. Everything tasted good!

Never get what you ask for, taste is not KFC standard by a long shot. Despite all the terrible reviews, nothing changes. How do they stay open, does head office not read reviews and check standards????!! We’ll never be back.

Ordered a 10 peice meal tonight. I got the meal quickly but The fries were cold and stale, 4 out of 10 of the peices of chicken were small drums and the gravy and 2 large sides were just over the half mark full. Definitely not worth the price I paid. If anything I would expect the food to not be left over from lunch. Very disappointed.

Store was clean when i went there. Definitely wanted to share my experience, the fries were fresh , the chicken was well done.
