I was here just today and honestly this FreshCo is a pretty nice. I'm not the biggest fan of the layout but honestly does that even matter? I don't think so instead I'm switching this 4 star review to a 5 star. The main highlight of this wonderful grocery store was the cashier at till 2. She was so friendly. Thank you whoever you are for being so kind!!!!
This is ridiculous.This is the second time i've been to this section in 2 weeks and its empty and nothing there. You might as well take down the pharmacy sign on the outside of the building. Embarrassing.
Terrible night time management, 2 tills open and 30 people waiting. The manager was requested to come man one of the tills to take care of backlog. He responded with a dismissive attitude and requested someone to come work over their lunch break. This response to customer service is the quality of a shift supervisor not someone who is managing the store. Several customers walked out and abandoned their carts due to the excessive wait.

He went way above and beyond what was needed, showing outstanding customer service skills. After extensively searching both the front and the back of the store, he managed to find exactly what we were looking for. His dedication and commitment to helping customers are truly impressive.nnChandra is a perfect example of what great customer service looks like, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him as a manager someday. Keep up the amazing work, Chandra, and thank you for your excellent service!
I visited this store because it was on my way to another destination, but I was shocked by what I saw. The store has some good deals, but the environment is far from family-friendly. Unfortunately, the place seems overrun by issues like shoplifting and safety concerns.nnI personally witnessed three people blatantly stealing, stuffing items into their pockets. One of the security personnel did manage to catch someone, but the situation escalated and turned rough. I truly feel bad for the staff who have to deal with such challenges daily.nnIf you’re planning to visit, be cautious and aware of your surroundings. The deals might draw you in, but the overall experience left me hesitant to return.
