Fresh Healthy Cafe Calgary

My friends and I went to FRESH Healthy Cafe last month and we had a wonderful experience! I ordered their Chicken Caesar BLT and Strawberry Banana Supreme Smoothie. Let's talk about the wrap. The first thing I noticed was the tasty grilled chicken. The caesar dressing brought everything together with its creamy and tangy taste. The wrap itself was soft and held everything nicely, so I could enjoy it without making a mess. Now, onto the Strawberry Banana Supreme Smoothie. This refreshing drink was a real treat. It was made with real strawberries and sweet bananas, creating a delicious blend of flavors. I love it! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was excellent.

This is a great new spot in Calgary for delicious and healthy eats! It's the perfect spot for wholesome and delicious food, especially if you live around the area! There’s a lot to choose from on their menu and I decided to try the: Teriyaki Power Bowl, Spicy Chicken Panini, and PB2 Smoothie Bowl. Some healthy places are overpriced and/or not the best tasting - but not this one!! I love having more healthy options especially for on the go! I’d say the pricing is super good especially for the type of food it is - healthy, fresh, and handmade. Try them out - they’ve been open for a little over a month! I met the owner, Aisha, her and her husband own this store and it’s the 2nd location in AB it’s a franchise with stores in BC and ON.

Tried the tropical peach smoothie,it was very refreshing with amazing taste. Also tried the med chicken wrap, which was delicious and finger licking.For healthy, whole foods the prices were more than reasonable. The staff was amazing and gave a complete walkthrough of the menu. They are also offering an opening discount!! Will visit again and would recommend to others as well.

Highly recommend!! This place is great for takeout “fast food” but it’s all fresh and real ingredients. The juices and smoothies are good, they allowed up to customize one drink. Appreciate the service and substitution. I had couple of smoothies here already and I really love them. Today I tried this organic tea because I am not that feeling well and voila it just made my day! Next time I will try the acai as it was recommended to me. Tried their paninis too!!! The one with avocado is my favorite!!!! I will visit again!!!

Has the spicy chicken panini. Bun was delicious. Food came out hot and fast. Gf got the turkey pesto wrap gluten free. She loved it! Will for sure be back. Only issue is small store front, if it was busy may not have a place to sit. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

We tried the cafe and the food was delicious and healthy. The smoothies were tasty and everything was freshly made. They were happy to accommodate any special requests or answer questions about the menu, which added to the overall positive experience. While the wait time may have been a tad longer, the friendly service and the fresh, flavorsome fare more than made up for it. We highly recommend giving this café a try for anyone seeking a delicious and nutritious dining experience.

The drinks and food are absolutely delicious. I really recommend their coffee lovers smoothie. Best coffee drink you'll ever have. Their BBQ chicken pannini and Pesto panins are an absolute craving. The staff are super friendly and make conversations about anything you start talking about. Absolutely the best food place.Food: 5/5
