I rented both a snowboard and fat bike from Freewheel Cycle. The guys in there were super helpful and friendly. Told me exactly where to ride for the conditions, gave me a map and were super flexible about returning the equipment. Prices are really good too. Would go straight back.

Excellent service. Wer new to Jasper and the staff gave us a lot of information abt biking and hiking trails. Bikes are in good condition and we had a lot of fun!!

I went into Freewheel today for a quick fix on my tubeless tires. I was treated completely like family off the start. Chris the man who served me, was an unreal asset for bike knowledge and experience. I would recommend anyone to come here and get great service and advice from professionals that care about their business. Can't wait to come back.

Friendly staff, great service, good prices. I only had one day to explore Jasper... these guys gave me awesome advice and a fantastic rental bike. I had a memorable day and am glad I chose Freewheel Cycle.

I went down to Jasper for a little impromptu biking without taking care to replace my rear brake pads beforehand. Lo and behold, they stopped doing the thing they're supposed to do and I had to take my bike in. Chris managed to squeeze me between some other repairs the next morning, and I was able to ride by the afternoon. Awesome service.
