We just moved from Vancouver where there are a few Home Hardware stores, but not many of the large Home Building Centre stores. Visiting this one here in Fredericton was wonderful. As these kind of stores should be, lots of available knowledgeable staff. I bought a ladder which was carried out to my car without even asking. So nice. I'm a big guy so it's not like they were doing it because I'm old and fragile or something, it was just standard good service. Thank you. Completive prices and good selection too. Try finding that at Canadian Tire, no offense but there should be more staff in a Canadian Tire.nn5 stars

First and last time there. Nothing listed as in stock on the website is actually in store. Why have a sale and bother with a flyer if you're going to have nothing but empty shelves?.
Horrible customer service. They recommended a product to my girlfriend that was not right for the job and because it came apart during installation they would not return it.nnI would never shop there again.
I am not sure who these people were that suggested Home Hardware had cheap prices and helpfull service but this has not been my experience and have been a long time customer. They do have good sales and VERY nice products as well as a great looking store but customer service sure needs a reboot. If you need that hard to find hardware item,this is where to go.
