Canadian Tire

I accidentally pulled my windshield wiper on the driver's side off my car this morning. I went to Canadian Tire, where it had been put on, and Draper went above and beyond the call of duty helping me out. He promptly went outdoors, popped it back into place, then took some ice slabs off the front of my car so that they wouldn't fly up and damage my windshield. All that for no charge. It gave me a really good feeling about Smythe Street Canadian Tire.

The free parking is very convenient. They have a large selection of goods in every Department from hunting through Hardware to Automotive. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Returning items is easy but if it's slow and requires you to present the credit card used to make the initial purchase.

I recently called in for some quick service tips and tire recommendations and I was greeted with nothing but positivity and knowledge! Drapier was very helpful in assisting me on my tire purchase, which I went to this store and purchased the next day!

I took my car there for diagnosis twice and they couldn't get what the problem is! I'll never go back for service. They suck.

The manager with the short blonde hair and big glasses was very unfriendly and abrasive. I just wanted the price on the shelf. A dozen pairs of boots had the wrong price on them and were not "misplaced". Just down right ignorant to me. Then the ponytailed girl with too much makeup at the service desk was snotty to me because I asked for a raincheque for something unavailable. And was also rude to my 10 yr old son. The reason I was there was to get tires on. The shop did a wonderful job. Will never shop here again going backto the northside. Oh and those poor girls at the registers by the doors freeze but one was very nice and said they give them space heaters.Ridiculous places
