Fred Meyer Pharmacy

I feel strongly after watching and getting meds filled here for my family about 2.5 years this place is unsafe to fill. I didn't want it to be so since we love Fred Meyer for so many other services. However, the pharmacy communication is consistently inadquate and unprofessional, they appear very undersupported and disconnected and have said so multiple times when I have had tried to communicate with them. They have a cocktail for a major error brewing. Do yourself and your family a favor fill elsewhere! If your like me and you have MODA through OHSU go to the hill, Gabriel park has a pharmacy or pay out of pocket at Walgreens for inexpensive medications. Safe way is a smaller pharmacy but if you give them a heads up they can fill with a sight delay. But at least your not at risk! After my last encounter with the an associate on the FM management team I am not sure I can walk back in there for even goceries or but gas from them anymore. He didn't even listen to me just kept explaining "like he was there, which he wasn't, he pointed out to me he manages 100s or some large # of pharmacies". Humm. Get it together FRED MEYER, before someone gets hurt. Medications are dangerous and the folks that dispense then need to be supported and have excellent communication skills which your folks at THE BAUBER location have neither.

This pharmacy has made a complete 180 in the past two years or so. Used to be a mess with long wait times. But something has happened and this place is great. Staff are friendly and the pharmacists are very smart and spend the time necessary to teach you about your medications.

Never use this pharmacy inhad a tooth taken out today. They do not take kiser insurance. One of the girl's behind the counter. When i asked how much it would cost without my insurance it was nearly $50 when I said no. And took my prescription back as I was walking away she gave me the most descusting look as if to say that I was beneath her. Never been insulted like that in my life I will be avoiding fred Myers altogether now and urge you to do the same

It's a Fred Meyer. Parking can be difficult sometimes, and it's a bit difficult to navigate there and back due to it's location between a few major roads.
