Fred Meyer Pharmacy

I love Freddy's and really wanted to use this pharmacy because I'm there often anyway. Plus, they have a drive through for when I can't get in with the little one. However, they can't seem to get their act together. In the past week, between transferring prescriptions there and having new ones sent (then re-transferred and re-sent), we have had to make three trips for what should have been one. Too much misinformation and miscommunication. I shouldn't have to be calling my old pharmacy or my doctor to make sure they sent things in and then have them resend them. I'll be going somewhere else with a drive through.

The people are great, always treat me amazingly and if I have any questions they are very helpful.

Well, in person the customer service is good, however; many times when calling, I have been put on hold by someone with a rude attitude. I get they are busy, but it doesn't feel very good to have that sort of treatment when you're just trying to find out if your prescription is ready.

I called Fred Meyer has a new patient with RX transferring from CA and received the BEST service!

I love this pharmacy. The folks are helpful and the $4 formulary, a very good deal. It's a great community service.
