Can't say enough about the friendly helpfull staff at Fraserway RV.Made my trailer buy and pickup most enjoyable.Treated fair and like family. Thanks Fraserway

brought my 2014 dutchman travel trailer in for the awning retracting very very slowly and the outside speakers not working... i was told that yup the speakers were not working.. the cones fell off or something and that the awning worked within their specs.. although there is no gauge for this.. i asked if they would compare mine to how other power awning went in and out... they advised me if i wanted that kind of service i should go back to my selling dealer.. and all that awesome technical advice cost me $140 ... needless to say I would NOT recommend their service dept
