Fountain Tire

So impressed with my experience with Fountain Tire. I called yesterday and Tony got me an appointment for 9:30am today to check out a leak. They got my vehicle in promptly and Tim had a diagnostic report for me in soon after. The wonderful news was that they were able to do the repairs today too! Sorry I don't know the mechanics name but thanks a bunch to you too. Joan :)

Not impressed with how I was treated over the phone. Needed to get my tires mounted and balanced and instead of being told a simple no with a small explanation the egotistical male on the phone continued to explain tire sizes to me. Regardless of my attempts to kindly tell him im aware how tire sizes worked he continued to try and "educate" me. I finally told him I really don't care and just need to know if they will mount them. And then he said no. Only stock tire sizes. He told me there's no way the tires will fit on my car, but here I am. Running 235/40/18's on my car with room to spare! Not knowledgable or kind.
