Went for flat tire repair. Quick service, no bathroom to use while waiting. Dirty and very run down but fixed the tire and was ok for price.

Was driving through Medicine hat and got a flat, still had 300km to get home, they got me in right away, patching  5 holes in  the original and still kept finding holes!!They decided to fit me with a used tire and sent me on my way at price less then 50 bucks !!!! Great Service and Honest people!!! Thanks to Joel, Mike and steve.

After a small hiccup with my tire order the staff came through and had a great experience as always.

They tried to overcharge me $70 on an oil change.

Be very careful in the shop, and make sure you read the prices up on the wall.

I wanted a synthetic oil change and my tires rotated. The price says $99 for synthetic oil including tire rotation and topping up of fluids.

They ran out of synthetic oil and had to have some delivered from Napa auto parts.

When my bill came, Joel told me with the rotation of the tires and synthetic oil,it was $169.  I pointed to the wall and set it says $99. He said "I had to special order the oil". I'm from New York, and I said" do I look like an idiot to you"?  I told him it wasn't my problem that he had to special order oil.  

He then replied " would you like me to take the oil out and put your old oil back in?"  I said yes, and you can on rotate the tires too.

He got disheveled, irate, acted in a very unprofessional manner and then finally said "OK $99."  

I contacted the corporate offices and filed a complaint.

Great cutomer service! They are espically great if you are a new driver, they take time to actually explain things and don't talk down to you like some mechanics will
