I just want to give a huge shout out to Teds auto body! I was in my first ever car accident close to Medicine Hat and my insurance company got me towed into MH and I choose Teds on a recommendation from my tow truck driver... I was so worried and stressed as this was my first accident and I am a Lady by myself and I didn’t know what to expect. All I have to say that it was flawless from beginning to end. We had a small hiccup ( no fault of Teds) after I picked up my car from MH and drove it back to Calgary , turned out it was just a fuse that blew so was total bad luck haha and Teds said sorry and I thought that was the end of that but today ( after a really crappy week) I opened up my Mailbox and there was an envelope from Teds ... thinking it was just probably a copy of the final invoice I kinda just shrugged it off and opened it and to my surprise there was a tim’s gift card in there for me being understanding about the fuse! Made me smile and the cane at the perfect time! Love unexpected gifts and really Teds didn’t have to do that , totally going above and beyond with a nice gesture..... even tho I live in Calgary I would definitely use them again the work on my car makes it look totally like a new car and has made fall in love with my car all over again..... thanks again for all your hard work

I just picked up my car from Ted's and must say that I am impressed with the  impeccable quality of the finished product and colour match.  It takes a lot to please me when it comes to body work and paint, having spent 50 years doing customs, but Dean and his crew surely did.  From beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience.  Thank you Dean and staff.

Absolutely AMAZING service to say the least! Brought my brand new car in after I got hit in a parking lot for a potential estimate. 15min later they had the damage repaired and looking like brand new again! Thank you so much for all your awesome work!!!

I was beyond impressed at the service provided by Ted’s.  They worked with my changing schedule and had my vehicle done very quickly. The customer service was impeccable.
And to top it off they cleaned my car inside and out after- BONUS!  
They became my new regular shop!

This wasn't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last time we'll require work on one of our vehicles. We keep returning to Ted's Autobody because of their honesty/integrity, workmanship and excellent customer service.  They've always taken good care of us and it's a wonderful feeling  knowing you can drop your vehicle off and not have to worry about anything.
