Mr. Lube

I stopped by for an oil change along with my coupon for free wiper blades. I was informed that they could not supply the said blades but could do the oil change. So I asked if I could stop by at a later date when they had the free blades it get them installed. Their response was no the blades have to be installed the same day as the oil change. So I returned a week later and their very rude little attendant told me I was not getting wiper blades again, the only thing he would offer me was an oil change with no possibility of the advertised free wiper blades. So I left the coupon with them never to return and I went to Mobile 1 for an oil change and the employees and the service were far more superior then Mr. Lube has every been and I do suggest you go and try them ...... more bang for the same bucks.

Over priced. Always end up with something wrong/missing when I leave. Staff are nice though.

I’ve had excellent service each and every time I visit this location - even when he’s busy, Curtis goes out of his way to ensure each customer is having a good day, etc.. the staff are competent and efficient!

Good price, fast service. But they always look at my Volvo like it's an alien. Last time I went, they made an oil mess which got into one of my spark plugs wells & caused miss firing.

Cheaper oil changes elsewhere in the city, lowest quality service.
