Mr. Lube

I visited the Kingsway location at Medicine hat and I will never go there again. I went to just pump up a tire that was a little down and had been so for days. We called to ask if they charge for topping up air and I know all locations of Mr Lube do not charge. They claimed there was a leak which I knew was a lie because I had driven with it for days after the notice on dashboard.nThey took off the tire to fix and came back telling me the valve was broken because whoever tightened it did it too tight. This was done several months ago by another Mr lube location in calgary!nThey asked that I pay 100 dollars for the valve that they broke!nI had no money and refused, they then fixed a regular valve and on top charged me close to 50 dollars for tire repair. Repair of what?nYou might have taken my money today but that is the first and last time I will ever use your service. Just money grab from the Kingsway location in medicine hat.

Highly unprofessional Staff. I told them tire changeover and oil change serive. They told me that we wil charge extra after 5 pm , i said ok. They changed my car's tire and charged 152$.Then i asked them that oil change serive is done and they replied me that you have not asked for that . I said that i told the guy who attend me . The guy who attend me , was showing frustrated behaviour . Then one person told me that we can do oil change quickly, cannot do cabin filter change and hood filter. I replied them that its ok, i can do oil change service from somewhere. I will never go to Mr. lube for the rest of my life.

Return customer why because the service is always great, the staff are polite and they do not try to upsell any products you don't need, they explain what they are doing and ask, even to the point of telling you the price before you decide if you want to have that part of the service. We take all our vehicles here and recommend them to friends, and subscribe to the emails to get perks. Great work guys

Just finished with a quick full service oil change.nnIt’s routine for warranty and got all the needed checks.nnWill be getting an air filter next time.nnThe service was above expectations. The main attendant Caedon was beyond professional and courtesy at the same time.nnThis is the second time at this location and this visit seals the deal. I get great customer service and the vehicle is taken care of. Offered coffee or water and everything explained on the fly.nnSee you guys in 10000 KMs

I went here to get tire repair work done and was very happy with the speed and attention. I love the idea that I can just drive up and get my tire work done and don't need to make an appointment.
