Parking here is $80/month, or by the hour (an 8 hour day being $10). My parking badge was stolen from my car and I tried contacting the manager over the course of 3 months trying to get it replaced - and here I am 6 months later with no parking badge. Guy in charge is exceptionally difficult to get in touch with and only stops by briefly - if at all. It's nice that the garage is covered (cool in summer, no snow in winter), but it is in dire need of repairs. Some spots will leak water onto your car if it rains (leaving mineral deposits), others have had chunks of the concrete fall on top. Such a shame the parking situation is in such poor shape around here.
