Well the drivers are rude.i am at the bus stop go to get on the bus and get told go across the street I'll b back on 5 minutes well with that I was late for work and wrote up for being late.this is not the first time the other time was because I had a cigarette in my mouth at the bus stop and he just kept going even after I waved my arms when he stopped I got to the bus I was told by him "next time don't be smoking cause I thought you was just standing on the corner". Wear in the hake did they get some of there drivers. I never had this much trouble in Baltimore.

Bus doesn’t run on Sunday drivers and staff are rude and not very helpful just left the main station on simplex road and there was a lot of confusion and a supervisor yelling at the woman I was speaking with afterwards on why she gave me 30 day passes and not one blue pass like he asked just a whole lot of chaos every time with these people if I didn’t have to I would never use this company !

Drivers allowing riders to stand upfront while driving just so they can gossip and complain about their job and other riders doesn't seem very safe or professional to me
