Arrived early, venue was empty till around midnight. Loved the music, ambiance and crowd. Cover was $20. Paid for three bottles and waited almost 20 minutes. Had to go to the bar to ask about them before they arrived. We weren't served after they arrived. They where placed lazily in the ice bucket: a bottle on its side so much so that the alcohol almost poured in the bucket. Never came back to serve us, ever. Had to go back to bar to ask for glasses and napkins. There were no straws. Complimentary appetizer was nice. Not coming back. Not suggested for bottle service, worst I've ever had bar none. If you'd like to spend your money there's better service elsewhere.
Ambiance is great.. service not so much. We were there with a booth, bottle service, and a large group and we couldn't get juice/new ice etc.. then a member of our party who admittedly was too drunk made a nuisance of herself and instead of asking for her to leave the bouncer took our quarter bottle of Hennessy that was left and tried to kick our entire group out! Some of our group don't even drink. We were just dancing and having a good time.. Not impressed.. won't be back and won't recommend it either..
There's no spot for you to dance. The staff of this club use basically every corner to walk through when passing ice and drinks to different booths. Also, one of the men standing by the front door is really rude to customers. Be prepared.
I love the look of this venue from the outside prior to it getting full. Once the club has hit capacity it becomes way too hot. Something needs to be done about the circulation of air when there is a big event going on.
This place is small and gets crowded more than it should. You get hit by others a lot and the coat check was full while more than 30 people still needed to check coats. Music also not my taste. Staff was helpful.
The people in charge are sooo mean! They hit me when I was in the line. They were swearing and super rude to people. The club is nothing like a superclub. It's very small. And coat check got full and I had to keep my coat with me all the time. It was a disaster overall.
Went here with Paul - Pretty mint bartender broads. Beats were solid. Carvas and Henne and Crys were pricy but you pay for the venue. I'd go back with Pauly since he's totally amped about it all the time killing it.
If i could give a rating of 0.5 instead of a full star i would. I wanted to get 3 glasses of henne but i got charged $60 for it and i know the guy cheated and lied to me and told me it was $20 for a glass. I ended up seeing a manager about it and the maneger gave me free 3 shots and they where about to do cheers with me but i ended up taking the managers shot out of his hands too and added it to mine and then left. I will never go back to a place like that ever again i don't like being taken advantage off no thanks!
The event I went to was not the best. The venue was very small too small for the event I went to. There are two levels both nicely interior desiged. I would go back for a smaller event.
I was there just last weekend if I could give half a star i would. I was in the upper floor one of the bartenders there rude as ever ignored me I was trying to order drinks she seemed to have said something but couldnt understand and took the other persons order that was after me. You should really think twice about your staff unprofessional and terrible service.
