I purchased some products at this location that I was not satisfied with, but I had thrown away my receipt. That was my fault. However, the products were unopened with a very long expiry date. They returned 2 out of 4 of the products because they told me one of the products was empty on the shelf so what? and the other product is no longer stocked at this location. Fair enough I suppose. The hassle and the rudeness I experienced from both the customer service desk employee and the manager was appalling. They treated me like I was a criminal for simply trying to return products I purchased at their store, and I was cordial the entire time. I will not be returning to Fortinos again. Their customer service has been abysmal, especially over the last couple of years. Not to mention, their prices are outrageous.
Got to say that Fortinos is simply the store you find just about any produce item. You may pay a premium price but the store is well stocked, clean and never run out of options. On one of my last visits I got the custard tarts and they were the best tarts I've ever had! They were freshly baked, absolutely to die for.
While I love most of the products at Fortinos, I decided to try their wings today. I bought 10, plain wings that cost $19.99] $2 per wing!! Wouldn't mind so much if they were good sized wings. However, this is what I got. Sitting beside an average size lemon. Certainly not worth $2 a piece.

Iove love love this fortinos. The olive bar is always so fresh. The staff go above and beyond to help customers. The deals there are always just what i needed. I love the quality of ingredients and produce there. You can tell that the workers there really are passionate about the customers.
It's a fortinos, fairly large. Has a lot of fresh cooked foods available to eat. Prices are what you would expect from a more high end store, this is not a discount grocery store for sure. Even sells bulldogs tickets for $20, $5 less than if you buy them at the stadium.
Their in-house made food is phenomenal. The little restaurants all serve great food. And the produce is always quite fresh. They have everything in store for shopping as well. I like it a lot.
Their prices are much too high and when they had advertised a brand name butter, there wasn't a pound to be found. I questioned a store employee who I thought was a manager regarding the advertisement and was told that they didn't have any of that butter in any of their stores right now and were not expected to get any in the foreseeable future. He also said that the store was authorized to sell the 'no name' butter for the cheaper price. I told him that I considered this to be false advertising and found my brand name butter elsewhere for the same price they had advertised. I was really not impressed seeing this was the first day of the sale in the early morning too!
My absolute go to grocery store. Nino is the opposite of a Jew. Always puts great money and value into the store. Also, staff are very friendly and many of the girls are cuties ; Thanks for putting food in my mouth.
Nice store a bit expensive though
