I absolutely loved my wedding flowers from Westdale Florist! Rosanna was amazing to deal with, listened to all of our requests and fully brought our vision to life! She was also extremely accommodating when we added more arrangements to our order. We received many compliments from guests on the beautiful bouquets! Their rates are also very reasonable. If you are thinking about where to get your wedding florals done, look no further than Westdale Florists. Our experience was amazing from day one. Rosanna was amazing to work with, responsive, and very friendly. She did all our florals and also acted as our decorator for the day which was something we weren’t sure we’d be able to find outside of a day of coordinator/decorator. Rosanna delivered my bouquet and all my bridesmaids bouquets to where we were getting ready in the morning and had everything absolutely perfect at the venue by the time we got there. My bouquet was the bouquet of my dreams and everything was exactly as I’d pictured it. We’ve been getting flowers from Westdale Florists for years and we will continue to be loyal customers after our experience with them for our wedding.

Being in Miami will be missing my mother's birthday by just over a week. And I was thinking how I wished I could send some Florida sun and heat... then it dawned on me, I'll send beautiful flowers instead! Westdale Florist definitely pulled through. She sent me a photo of the delivery and it is beautiful, fresh and they put care into it. Will use them again for in the future. Thanks for helping put a smile on my Ma's face on her special day! Westdale florists are an amazing florist to use for your wedding, with service that is hard to beat. When we were searching for florists for our wedding even a year before the date, so many florists were already booked and we were worried about whether we could find a florist for our summer 2022 wedding. Living near Westdale and having passed by the shop countless times, one day I stopped by the shop and met Rosanna who is an absolute joy to work with. She was so sweet, maybe noticing I was a bit stressed from the wedding planning process, and was able to fit me in for the wedding florals. When I came back a few weeks later to pay the deposit and it happened to be my birthday when I was running errands, she didn't let me leave the shop without a lovely little complimentary bouquet also which was really sweet. Really, the whole time Rosanna went above and beyond even before the wedding, including some great little cost-saving tips. On the wedding day, they were on time/early and the florals were fresh and gorgeous with roses and blue thistle in the bouquet, better than I could have envisioned them. Overall, I highly recommend Westdale Florists - they were an absolute joy to work with and I plan to use them in future for other floral arrangements/bouquets.

I am out of town for schooling and my best friend just landed a job after recently graduating. It’s hard to send your congratulations being far away so I decided to try floral delivery for the first time- was very impressed! Their same day delivery did not disappoint! She received the arrangement not even five hours after I had placed the order. The process was easy and they delivered it with care. Will definitely be using their services again in the future. I hired Rosanna to take care of the flowers for my wedding this past October based on another wedding I had been to. Within 5 minutes of speaking with her, I knew she was the person for the job. Her energy, positivity and “get er’ done” mentality was welcomed and immediately made me feel so comfortable. Due to COVID, we had to postpone our wedding three times which also meant pushing dates with her. Again, she adapted quickly and it was “no problem”. She went above and beyond with the preparations, set up and take down and made the process so smooth and easy for us. There was never any point in this whole process where I was stressed or concerned with the job that Rosanna and her team were going to do. The flowers were beautiful, especially the head table. I would highly recommend Westdale Florist for all your flower and wedding needs.

I live in LaSalle, ON and wanted to send my Aunt flowers in Hamilton, ON for her retirement. When I looked up flower shops near her, Westdale Florist was one of the closest. I live in Florida and ordered some flowers for my dear old mom on her birthday . I didn’t forget her day but I didn’t think about buying her anything. I ordered at 9 and they were there by 11. She loved them. Great job, thank you.

**Update** The owner was understanding and very apologetic of my disappointment of the original order and ended up sending my mother-in-law a new arrangement the next day that was much better. ******* We ordered a Florist’s Choice bouquet to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday since we could not celebrate with her in person due to the lockdown. I was not impressed with the arrangement or quality of the flowers. She sent us a photo just 2 days after receiving it and the flowers and they were already wilting and the size of the arrangement for what we paid was not worth it. I will no longer be ordering anymore flowers from here.
