Horrible customer service. I ordered flowers for mother's day 2 weeks in advance since I could not be with her on the day of. They delivered them the day before mother's day and they looked absolutely horrible on top of that. So I had them pick up the flowers and redeliver. Then said they would give me a 15% reimbursement. It took them over 1 month to reimburse me and the only reason it was done was because I had to call in again. I asked for additional compensation since it took them so long to actually deal with the entire ordeal. Instead I am being told how the owner is actually losing money because she needed to pay for the flowers to be picked up and re-delivered. Which is not my issue since she is fixing their mistake in the first place. That is not compensation to me in any way. No way will I ever order from here again. Horrible customer service and not owning up to their mistake of ruining a sentimental gift on an important day.

3 funeral arrangements were ordered and designed my Silvia. All of these arrangements had very specific instructions which were carefully followed in detail. The results were absolutely stunning and gorgeous Thank you Silvia!

Beautiful arrangement for a 90th birthday. Short notice and done well. Prices were reasonable. A bit tricky to find.

I had orders flowers on the website for our anniversary. When they weren't delivered by the end of the day I called the shop. They explained that there was a problem with Tele Flora and unbelievably they were closed (American Thanksgiving). Debbie then processed the order and personally delivered them to a different address late Friday evening. Excellent customer service.
