Jean's Flower Shop Inc

Flower arrangements were nice but if i didn't select the "better" option, I doubt I would have been satisfied. The delivery method/plan needs to be revised as well. My flower was the last one to be delivered although I selected a flower shop that was close to the recipient. My order was only 1 basket with a balloon. Anyway, the delivery was so late that the surprise ended up being ruined. These people have good reviews, and flowers are nice but I highly recommend going elsewhere if you would like your flowers delivered. I never set foot in the store so I can't comment on any interpersonal skills or experiences. Edited Dec 7 Bump up to 3 Stars because the flower arrangement scored be some good points last night and secondly, the florist contacted me with an explanation. I still think the delivery could have been better.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! Cathy was amazing to deal with and at times when she wasn't in the shop the other staff were wonderful too. Cathy's floral arrangements for my wedding actually exceeded my expectations and were More beautiful than the pinterest inspiration photos I shared with her! I Highly recommend Jeans Flower Shop to all future brides.

Jean's is kind of a Hamilton legacy and it's easy to see why. Their service is great, the staff are friendly, the flowers are great, and the prices are reasonable. We had them do our wedding, and Cathy did a phenomenal job with everything. Whether you're getting married or you just want to buy your wife some flowers, Jean's is a great option.

Terrible customer service. Myself and five other family members showed up to look for flowers for my grandfathers funeral. Nobody even acknowledged us for 20 minutes and they acted very surprised that we were there at all. When we ordered the flowers, we gave them plenty of notice for the funeral, telling them to show up at 11am (an hour before the service was to start) and the address with specific instructions on how to get there. The day of the service the flowers did not show up at 11 or even 12. I called them right before the service started and they were very rude and put me on hold. They showed up at 1:30, long after the funeral was finished, at the wrong address a street over, handing the flowers off to the first person they saw who claimed they were heading after the funeral themselves (luckily they actually were). Then they just took off without speaking to anyone in the family, no apologies or anything. When we called them about it the next day they said this sort of thing never happens which clearly isn’t true according to many of the other review on here I have read. They also had nerve to say no one probably noticed the lack of flowers at the funeral because a lot of people don’t get flowers for funerals nowadays anyway. The day was hard enough as it was without having to deal with terrible people like that. Myself, my family and friends will definitely not be shopping here again, nor do we recommend them.

We used Jean's for our wedding, and everything turned out beautifully. Wendy was my consultant, and she was so great. I was nervous and unsure about what I wanted, but she made me feel at ease and helped me plan out everything I would need. Plus it was a lot of fun! My most important piece was a floral collar for my dog, and I was SO happy with how it turned out. Absolutely stunning! The rest of the flowers were also perfect - I gave Wendy so little to go off of, and she still worked her magic! Thanks so much for everyone involved in our wedding process, you guys made it such an easy and fun experience.
