Established in 2016.

Wholesome, nutritious food that fuels you for your day shouldn’t be a luxury. Nor should eating well be reserved for those with lots of time and money. Just because you want to eat fast – and affordably – you shouldn’t have to choose inexpensive and processed over fresh and flavourful. With the way the world’s food system is set up, it’s a real challenge to eat healthfully. We sought out to change all that.

Fork and Salad was founded by people who believe restaurant meals can be better: healthier, more sustainable, more nutritious, fresh and delicious. Healthy food is our passion, and we’re thrilled to share it with you.

The portions are generous but I wish there was slightly more protein included as it’s not a cheap meal by any means. Ingredients are crisp and fresh! I would be back but not too often as almost $20 for a salad is a bit much.

Absolutely disgusting. Make sure you get your dressing on the side. Ordered a salad today that was covered in copious amounts of dressing and sour cream. It looked and tasted putrid. The lettuce was soggy, the corn chips in the salad were mush. I took 3 bites and actually threw up. The rest is going in the garbage.

Portion sizes are huge and food quality is high the food is also so good only had to wait about 5 min then I had my food infromt of me very satisfied

I love fork and salad! being able to order for pick up on thier website is great. Super easy to park and grab it. The salads are LARGE - great value.

Favorite salad of all times. Large portion, packed with healthy and fresh ingredients. Better than freshii if you ask me. Light dressing works fine if you are aiming at healthy diets!!!! You get to build your own salad. Employees are down to earth, good service. They have an app too, which i didn't know til today.

Always my go to choice when I want something nourishing and healthy. The portions are huge so I'm always left totally full I'm 6'2", 215lbs. Great banana bread and cookies too!

Recently had our daughters bridal luncheon there at her request. We had 10 people.  Covid gathering at the ladies were awesome.  The food was great.  Nice and fresh and large portions.  I would go again!

Absolutely delicious!! Good service and huge portions! Excellent value for the money and great gluten free options. We will be back for sure!

I’ve ordered online many times and was always satisfied! Today I went into the location and was nothing but 100% pleased with the gentleman’s serving us! What a great place to grab a great lunch!

Really great salad! We ordered 3 different ones which can sometimes be hard to tell apart no labels. But otherwise fantastic.
