Panago Pizza

So on last Sunday we have ordered 4 pizzas. We found multiple hairs in 2 of the pizza. We called in and never got the refund. Very poor customer service highly not recommending this location on 32nd

For years this location has been my first choice for pizza, however, after this now being the third time in a row that the pizza was poor quality and almost cold, never mind only barely warm this time, I will not be ordering direct from Panago anymore. I’ll be using the 3rd party delivery services so that I can select which location I am getting delivery from. Here’s hoping that that the location that is actually quicker to get to, rather than geographically closest, can live up to the standard that Panago once held.

Advertised online as open until 1am. Walked over at 1220Pm and learned they closed at earlier time “6 mos ago” yet still hadn’t updated the website. Thanx for wasting my time, Panago.

The owners are so amazing. If you are looking for a pizzeria where you can have quality/ good food /reasonable price and most important best service possible Panago 32 ave its ypur spot

I wanted to order a pizza and I wanted ground beef. Apparently Panago is the only pizza place in the entire world that doesn’t have ground beef available for their pizzas. Unfortunately this simple decision has made them lose a customer. All I like is ground beef and mushroom. I believe this is a staple for any pizza place. But apparently not Panago. I guess pizza 73 is the place I’ll be calling from now on

The store looks very clean and staff were great! Russel made our pizza really good and the flavours are just I ordered a personalized pizza and he made it just the way I wanted it. Also the chicken wings here is just a must!!!!! Very juicy and flavorful.

It was our first time ordering from Panago. It was good quality, the sauce doesn't taste too fake or acidic. Lots of different cheese option including feta and goat cheese! The prices are fair and we will order from here again.

Marie was great to me and I had some trouble with deciding my order but she was extremely patient I don't know how she didn't at all get frustrated or start to rush me. She's amazing and the food was amazing which might have even been prepared by her as she was in the back after she took my order. So Thank You Marie! This was on Friday around 1pm Feb.5.2022
