Nancy saved me! I went to her after years of pain and inactivity due to rheumatoid arthritis, discouraged after countless attempts to stay active that only caused flare-ups that made things worse. Nancy is the goddess of finding methods that take into account my limitations of the day (and they seem to change every day!) and still allow me to work out safely and effectively. Now, almost a year later, I am feeling better and stronger, more positive and confident that I can stay active and mobile. If you are thinking you can't work out because of your own physical limitations, you couldn't be in better hands than Nancy's.
