Absolutely disgusted with tonight’s outcome my family and I came in looking at steaks trying to find something that’s suitable for all of us by price and weightputting everything back where it belongs only too keep looking up and seeing a security guard standing maybe 7 feet away if that for the 15 minutes it took us only for him to then follow us and stand right in front of our self serve check out only option because no manned cash register open and two other employees decided to come hover behind us and when I proceed to ask if something was wrong I was met with excuses as to why we are being singled out and absolutely no legitimate reasoning and rudely dismissed and made to feel as if we were some type of criminals or doing something wrong and again mind you we have a sleepy child in the small cart we took because we weren’t getting anything but steaks we came in with no bulky pursesmall wallet, no bags well fitted clothing unable to conceal anything they sell …. Discriminated on truth and reconciliation day!!!!! Sickening and absolutely disgustingnAnd out of all the people in there we were the only anishinaabe people… if I wasn’t so angered I would have been able to get all 3 of their names but to stay level headed I had to remove myself.

I am impressed with the service I received today from a guy named Bobby, he wàs working in the produce section. He was so kind and helpful. It was really nice to meet someone who really wants to help your issue instead of sweeping it under the rug. Well Bobby took his time and effort to do what most staff wouldn't. I nominate Bobby for employee of the month. Thank you Bobby for the excellent customer service.

I suggest not purchasing your meat here. Apparently this was cleaned today. The meat manager seems completely oblivious to this very obvious public health concern. I was questioning if the front looks like this, what is the level of cleanliness in the back where meat is cut? This will get you sick and when I got loud about your very obvious issue so no one else in earshot purchased this meat which is, by the way, completely contaminated. The rent a cop that does nothing moved in closer until I told him to back off as this is not something he’s even capable of solving, as he walked past a fist fight between two grown men and I had to split it up last year. This stores behaviour is out of control with power tripping. Hire a real security guard and a real butcher that understands health and safety when handling meat.

I am disgusted with not the service or products , but of the conduct of the customers in regards to comments regarding my self.White shirt u know who you are. I heard you talking at the PIZZA counter. You did not have the balls to say it to me, just about me behind my back, how everyone ..... what knows....... what ? How about ordering a pizza with a derogetory name . well another well earned dihonorable action followed through with in Orillia. Itll put this city with a small town feel on the big map. white shirt yeah but dont act like i dont exist.
