Staff are useless. They constantly have bare shelves on "lock down" prices but refuse to rain check them or substitute for sizes in stock. Contacted head office only to waste my time playing phone tag with the manager. Wasn't worth my time to pursue my poor experiences shopping here. I'll only stop here for quick visits for the essentials now, which I'm getting less and less inclined to do so with their long line up times. You're usually lucky if there are 2 tills open on week days. If it weren't for no frills no longer taking visa I'd probably never have a reason to shop here

Good prices, always have some necessities on sale. Each store is a little different and tailored to the neighborhood.

I have shopped at Food Basics for years and have enjoyed gleaning from their reduced selections in their produce department. 
Always have some really good sales weekly too.
Friendly staff who a4 glad to help if you can't find what you're looking for.
