About Us
We decided to move to Port Colborne because of the friendly and welcoming attitude of it's residents.

Tyler has over 20 years experience cooking, educating, and catering to those who love food. He started at a local diner at a very young age and worked his way through college to reach his ultimate goal in owning and operating a fine dining jazz bistro. After much success Tyler turned his efforts to the senior population by educating how to prepare foods with dietary restrictions. He worked with the Alzheimer's Society via fund raisers and educational workshops. He possesses a special talent with person's surviving stroke and cognitive impairments, developing strategies for food preparation that is appropriate as well as creative, and dignified feeding strategies.

With this work behind him, Tyler is focusing on the Saucy Pot becoming a neighbourhood spot where folks can enjoy fresh handcrafted meals that are nutritional and healthy. We may use butter but we don't use a deep fryer for any of our items.
Tyler would love to hear from the residents about what foods you love and any dishes customers would love to find on our menu.
