We have an absolute blast every time!! The lineup in the first picture is not typical for Flying Squirrel at at it actually wrapped all away behind the building and back but it was that week between Christmas and new years. Also, when we finally got in we realized there were also like literally 8 or 9 birthday parties happening. They do have a great setup for parties, announcing when it’s time for cake for everyone from ____’s party, making it way easier to wrangle all the kids.
The staff are very polite and engaging with the children. A few look like they do not want to be there at all, some are just fooling around in the kitchennnMy only complaint is that the place is very DIRTY, everywhere, and there's a strong odor that is unappealing as soon as you walk in there! Bathrooms were unhygienic, no one wiping down tables or cleaning anything at all.nnThe owner needs to do a pop in visit as this is our fourth time there, it's an obvious long term issue!!

The facility offers a variety of activities, including trampolines and an adventure park, making it an exciting spot for both younger and older children. The staff ensures that safety measures are in place, which is reassuring for parents.nnHowever, during my last visit, I was not entirely convinced about the cleanliness of the park. While they claim to disinfect the trampolines and mattresses regularly, I noticed a lingering smell of sweat and feet throughout the facility. The condition of the mattresses also suggested that cleanliness could be improved. A place like this, which sees high foot traffic, should prioritize hygiene to provide a more pleasant experience for visitors.nnOverall, Flying Squirrel is a fun destination for families, but they need to step up their cleaning efforts to maintain a fresher and more sanitary environment. If they address this issue, it would make the experience much better. For now, I would rate it 3 stars.nnnnI encourage others to share their experiences so the management can take action on improving cleanliness. I plan to visit again in the future and will update my review based on any improvements I notice.
They have activities for every age. Lots of monitors and staff to keep things safe and clean. We had my son’s birthday there and it was well-organized from planning to the end of the event. The 10-guest package was more than enough for a great celebration.
I recently visited Flying Squirrels with my kids, and I was absolutely amazed by the experience! The customer support was outstanding – friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made the registration process seamless, ensuring that even first-time jumpers like us felt comfortable and prepared. Once registered, we were all set to go, thanks to their clear instructions and guidance. The facility itself was fantastic, with various jumping areas and activities to keep everyone entertained. Plus, having a small café on-site serving snacks and food was a convenient bonus. Overall, it was a delightful day out for the family, and we can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended for a fun-filled adventure!
