Calypso Theme Waterpark

Well-designed layout, but the entrance resting area could use more tables. The facility itself is clean and chlorine levels are not overbearing. Wait times are reasonable, even during slightly hotter weekends, but having someone to talk to helps immensely. The rides are fun but not all the lifeguards are alert enough given the amount of guests (at least compared to city and other private pools).

The park is not bad. Problems I have is the life guards watch your every move like you are in North Korea. Do not drag your feet on the bottom of the lazy river unless you want them to get all cut up they needed to repave it badly lost a toe nail in there once from dragging my feet. Also food is expensive bring your own or be prepared to spend 100 in one day including food / park fees / locker fees

The park was a lot of fun, I had gone on a Tuesday and the lines weren’t too bad. The park has a really great layout and lots of picnic tables to enjoy your lunch at.

I would've liked to make this 3.5 stars however it does not allow me to. Having been to larger amusement and waterparks it's hard to compare however for the size and location you definitely can't find anything better for a long ways away. My only problem is that when my friends and I spent a day there we kept getting awkward treatment from the staff for unknown reasons. Perhaps it was our age but I couldn't be sure. Anyways, we still had a good time but felt a bit uncomfortable on the occasion with some staff.

Great first visit with my 10 year old son. Very clean, reasonable prices for entrance and food. Staff were very friendly. Lots of space to grab lunch and set up as home base. Take your lunch and non alcoholic drinks. Go last week of August. Not too busy !
