Stay away From This Business I have always brought from them today I wanted to buy to gift baskets I called them and they told me they were to busy to do gift baskets I have trier to support my local business but after dealing with a car dealer and now today with Flowers Unlimited I would not buy anything here in Port Alberni I had to go to the Main Land to buy my wife and I a new Car as here no one wants to deal with you I guess they all have too much money Ross Chamberlain

I had a great experience here. I walked in off the street and was helped right away. I found a beautiful pre-made bouquet at a really good price. I also picked up a couple small plants for a planter that my fiance had made for her. Her flowers are very fresh and the bouquets are very thought out. I will be a repeat customer

I called the flower shop in the late morning and they had a bouquet ready and delivered that day. They were worked to make a beautiful bouquet within my budget and were patient with my lack of knowledge about flowers. I trusted them with delivering a beautiful bouquet to my best friend and girl friend and they exceeded my expectations.

I hope they are a lot friendlier in person. I just called to inquire about flowers and they were more eager to tell me no than to ask me questions about what I needed. I am also a business owner so I know that sometimes customers can be difficult and it can be frustrating when they don't know the proper terminology but when that situation occurs I am careful to ask the right questions so I know what they need so I can help them appropriately. The person I talked to would clearly rather not have my business so I will happily take it elsewhere.
