tried to get a computer built. they told me they'd contact me. Weeks passed. I contacted again.. a few more weeks. don't waste your time. RE. well then you forgot about me. No thanks i've moved on to another option.

Relocated to Port Alberni from Calgary Alberta. Brought my laptop which I had forgotten the password to. Turns out my Windows was corrupt and had to be reloaded. NanaTech reloaded it and loaded virus protection, and now it works better than it did in Calgary. Would definitely use them again. Not going to say how much they charged me, but it was cheaper than what Staples quoted me.

Fixed our ps4 almost lmao all the screws were not put back ... it fell apart thanks alot I paid over a hundred dollars I wish I taken it to somebody who cares about the quality of work.... glad never took any back there..... better places in town for a better rate..... these guys never even called me to let me know my ps4 was ready I waited over a month😠
