I completely refute the review condemning Barlow's. I simply don't understand it. I have bought a few things there, over the years, and have never had any trouble or bad experiences. As a matter of fact they have kindly set-up our new TV and sound system for our Assisted Living site. I have had CD players installed in both my father and my vehicles and have always had excellent service. I would recommend this company to anyone. DM

Barlow's is a terrible company, here in Port Alberni. The company gives you a lot of run around, when there is any problems with their services. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Very poor customer service, and don't rely on the owner of shop getting back to you, if you have any problems. You will be chasing them just to get them to help you. DO NOT GET YOUR STEREO INSTALLED AT BARLOWS!
