Its sad to read all of the negative reviews and experiences about this place. I ordered flowers from here for my wedding 3 years ago and they were absolutely stunning. Phil did an amazing job and was so creative with the arrangements. People loved them. My best friend was so impressed she went with him as well for her big day and was equally happy with the results. Maybe this isn't a place to order small arrangements from but if you're looking for unique, gorgeous flowers for a special event, Phil is your guy. You won't be disappointed. Also, cheapest rate around.

I purchased flowers for my mothers birthday through Teleflora and have made many purchases through Teleflora and have never sent a bouquet and felt embarrassed by the results until today when they came from this floral shop. My mother showed me the flowers and the bouquet looked nothing like what I saw on the internet it was smaller than even the standard size only flowers that were correct int he bouquet were the tulips, even the greenery looked like it was close to dying nothing appeared fresh. I could have gone to the local A&P and purchased a healthier larger bouquet for half the cost and it would have surpassed in appearance than what they had the nerve to send my mother from their so called floral shop. In the past other floral shops had the decency to call me and say they didn't have all the flowers but offered to use other options and guaranteed they'd be beautiful AND THEY WERE!!!!! Even worse after calling their response simply was .. "sorry its not us you should choose to order direct and not online.. " like I said I've ordered online several time and NEVER had this experience. NEVER!! I am reporting them right now they are NOT a reputable florist and I agree with everyone below DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! If it was my business and my name I think i would step it up... maybe learn to take pride in what you do ... if you don't love your job find a new one... your work is supposed to put a smile on someones face.. Today is my mother's birthday, she is sick and what was supposed to make her smile didn't in fact she is now worried about the money I spent on this dumpy bouquet and how I got ripped off... THANK YOU PHIL SADI and Randy for being so Thoughtful!! You simply ruined what was supposed to be a special gift.. Teleflora is in the process of reporting your floral shop... I'm not stopping there my next call is to other online companies so they NEVER USE YOU!!! Sorry I wouldn't even give you ONE STAR but i had to in order for this to be posted... you don't deserve it!

It makes me sad to have to write this; I usually only post 5-star ratings for amazing products and service... I ordered my girlfriend a $85 bouquet for her birthday. She sent me a picture of the bouquet and there was 1/2 of the flowers shown in the image. For $85 she got 7 red roses and 8 lilies in a $10 vase. Even if delivery was $40 (for the 8 minute drive) I could have got a much better bouquet from a grocery store. This store should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off clients. I've ordered from here for years and never knew I was only getting 1/2 of what I was paying for. SMH.
