I love Thirty! I was able to call n my order. I told the arranger what kind of flowers and the amount I wanted to spend and she made a beautiful arrangement for me. She did her THANG! I went to my local Warren location and they didn’t have an arrangement on duty so I drove to this Detroit location and they took great care of me!
Excellent service , caring staff, good prices. These ladies are my new florist for everything going forward. My sister's favorite flower was the sunflower the arrangement was perfect.
The owners were so pleasant and accommodating. They made a beautiful arrangement I was giving my pastors wife for their church anniversary, she absolutely loved them.
This place has horrible customer service and make no real effort to accommodate specific dollar amounts. I was there for a funeral arrangement to take with me, the pre-arranged flowers looked dead and droopy. When asked if the dead flowers could be replaced in the arrangement, the guy looked at me like I had two heads! I politely left and went down 6 mile to Amazing Flowers and was greeted warmly by Marlene who happily put together a BEAUTIFUL arrangement with fresh flowers and greenery for a fraction of the cost of the dead droopy flowers at Thrifty! The one star is there because it had to be, not because they deserved it!
Excellent Customer Service. Prices were decent. Selection was awesome. All colors of Rose's. Beautiful!
We used this location for flowers of a loved ones burial. They were very kind.
Look bad around there because the store is permanently closed and my star 5 hate it because it was a fantastic place to go get Florence flowers and things for the holiday this is a sad picture for Detroit because of that hope somebody buy the building soon because it would make it look better right there on that corner of Telegraph in Grand River.
This review is coming from the standpoint of someone who doesn't like flowers, so when I saw something that met my requirements online, I ordered it. This is for a memorial for my coworker. Her name was Violet so I was looking for a PURPLE arrangement. It was ordered from the Telegraph Southfield location for a 430p pickup around 8 Saturday morning. I was sent an email stating that the selected location closes at 3 but the Grand River Detroit location closes at 7. From this communication I assumed my order was transferred. Around 330, I called the GR store to see if the order would be ready at 4, while driving on the freeway. I was told that there was no order with my number, and they had nothing for a 430 pick up. I had to find the email & give the order, when i heard someone in the background say it's a will call order so it's ready. I was then told by the man I was speaking with that it was ready. When I got there a little after 4p, the woman behind the counter went to the back & said she couldnt find it. I had to pull the PICTURE up on my phone. She came out, a third time with something with a butterfly but it did not have a name or number attached. At this point, she had grabbed a box, but an elderly woman had set a bundle of flowers on the counter. A man appeared & told the woman helping me to tend to the elderly woman. He boxed my flowes & handed them to me. The butterfly was pink, NOT purple, so I asked for a purple butterfly. He said, "that's a hard ask. I'll have to check the back." He went to the back, then returned & apologied for not having a purple butterfly. I thanked him and left. The picture of what I thought I was ordering and what I got are not the same!
I got for flowers from the store on Grand River during a funeral time they helped me very much I would recommend this place to anyone
First of all they are super pricey I’m not sure if it’s the name but okay. I came in here for flowers for my mom, they said they had colored flowers. Well they did have a variety of colors but none of the flowers looked fresh. They didn’t have green leafy plants on the stem. They where dry and the leaf part that grows on roses stem where plucked because they where dry and old leaving just a stem. Why I bought them I have no idea smh what a waste I bought 6 purple roses and 6 white totaling $56. The bouquet had not leafy elements just flowers and baby’s breath Needless to say I’ve seen better boutiques at Kroger or Meijer for half the price. If you’re going to offer colored roses or any roses for that fact make sure they are up to par and not old and preserved. The bouquets going for $60 - $70 look ridiculous. Thrifty I’m extremely disappointed!!! Won’t be returning! Way overpriced and quality is subpar…. Customer service wasn’t the friendliest either I felt rushed…. My thoughts!
