Flowermania,weddings,funerals,roses,flowers

My mom passed away sooner than expected and we had to scramble to get all preparations underway for the memorial service. After checking a number of florists in the Ottawa area, I decided to stop in this shop. We ordered a 'spray' of flowers (on a stand) and a large bouquet from the grandkids. I was not sure if the arrangements would be as shown on the pictures. We were so pleased and extremely happy with the arrangements they made - the time of delivery and service provided. I often look at my pictures and look at the flower arrangements and thank God that my mom would be proud. Thank you FlowerMania. These were beautiful.

Very good quality flowers,service is awesome they really take time to seat down with figure out what you want and fits to your budget. They were highly recommended by my co workers I hesitated for a while cause I always buy my flowers at a grocery store but for the same price i got a custom made arrangement to my liking .. The manager Dee was very personable . My best friend weeding is coming up so I will be calling him.. keep up the good work..

Ordered flowers via the website. Was sent an email an hour later stating that there was actually an extra charge to my delivery area. Was told to call to advise. Phone conversation as follows:- Me: "Hello, my name is X. You mailed me regarding an extra delivery charge." F'mnia: "Yes, how can I help ?" Me: "I'd like to cancel please" F'mnia: "Not a problem." She hangs up. Me: "When will I get refunded. ? Hello ? Hello ?" No info on my refund, no apology for their bad website, no good-bye. Nada.
