I ordered the Blooming Balloons arrangement for our daughter's 25th birthday. When she texted me the picture, I wanted to cry. It was just half-dead looking pink carnations and 1 balloon. This did not look anything like their advertisement. My husband called them and they did apologize and said they would send her 12 long stemmed red roses on Monday. I appreciate that you sent her the roses (not long stemmed red roses btw), but the horrible arrangement you sent for her birthday was definitely a huge disappointment.

Last minute delivery really saved me, thanks for the friendly and Quick service. It's been over a week since the flowers were delivered and they still look great. If you want fresh flowers delivered at what seems to be discounted prices you can count on them, Thanks girls.

Where to start, I've been going to Flowermania for years now and they always take care of me. I just recently celebrated my anniversary and surprised the wife with a dozen roses at her work. The delivery was on point and the wife was very happy! Thank you so much!!

Worst customer service- EVER! After years of patronage, they refused to honor my two stamped cards, treated me as though I had pop up in Ed them up off the street instead of at THEIR shop . Time to find a more friendly florist, which I did! Save yourself the trouble and head to Innes road instead.
