I sent a gorgeous floral arrangement to my mother's work for Mother's Day, only to discover she had the day off! The courteous staff took time out of their busy day to call drivers and locate my mother's arrangement. Then, they graciously offered to deliver her arrangement to her home when she would be available. This is the above and beyond type of customer service that is hard to find these days! I am extremely impressed. Thank you to Carla and the whole staff!

These guys are awesome this was the first time I ordered flowers over the phone had no idea how or what to do the guy was so kind and answered all my questions came at the time I had asked for the flowers where just beautiful even better in person then on the ad my mom just loved them and a special thanks for the extra little gift you guys sent her with them she was very pleased as well if I could give a TEN STAR I WOULD LOVE THEM THANKS BUNCHES AGAIN

While traveling, I called to have some flowers delivered for a memorial service. Jeff was friendly and very helpful in helping to select flowers and a container. After the arrangement was complete, he texted me a photo as requested. Very happy with the personal attention with an order made from across the country.

Too bad there isn't a zero for a rating. My son asked me if we could go buy Momma some flowers as a surprise. We went here and were not greeted. And, after a few minutes trying not to look invisible a rude woman asked what we wanted. I said my son is looking for some flowers for his mom. She turned around and left us there. We weren't sure if she would return so we asked for help from another woman who turned and spoke to yet another woman and told her to help us. She was just as rude and short as the first woman. I decided we could get better service elsewhere. So I had to explain to my son that the flowers could be found somewhere else so we left and visited Floral Occasions. They were great! Thank God for them! My son was so happy!!!
