Akins Fresh Market

Friendly, lots of the usual products & some extras too. Great bakery. Deli has different offerings on different days of the week plus regular favorites, so never mundane. They also carry their own line if spices, soup bases etc. The best part is the prices are unexpectedly low for a small home town grocery.

This market place is family owned. So there's community trust which means it's a well respected amongst community members. One thing they are well known for are their donuts. There made fresh everyday. So if you ever pass through Quincy I would definitely recommend for everybody to stop by and try there donuts. They offer deli food and have a variety of merchandise to sale like pretty much all your necessities. Great staff.

I have lived in Quincy for 7 years now and Aikin's has definitely tried to step up their game. They seem to be changing to try to adapt to the needs of the community, they have a new grab and go case with sandwiches and drinks as an example. Always friendly employees and very helpful!

The only place I'll ever buy donuts, love all the updates on the store in the last few years. Usually great service, small town feel or I spend too much time here haha.

Very picky about where I buy my meat. I trust the meat department here, it's always fresh and cut to my liking. The fruit and veggies are fresh, very organized and look appetizing. I always take more than I can possibly eat, but share ofcourse.
