I booked floral occasions for my wedding. After the consult we decided to edit the order so it wasn't as expensive. The owner was very rude about our decision and said "I was on the fence about doing this wedding. There was another bride that wanted to book the same day. And I turned them away. I should have booked theirs instead." It was to late to cancel the entire order and book a new florist after that to get everything in time for my wedding. Apparently money over customer service was more important to this woman. Have not and will not ever use her business again.

I called to have two floral arrangements delivered to my daughter, Misty and another person, Freidle Jones, both live in Warden, WA. The arrangements were just what I wanted. I am very pleased with the service and immediate delivery this floral business provided.
