Needed something delivered to Mesa and they wanted to charge a delivery fee of $40. I was fine with that, but then they insisted on a minimum order and kept changing the amount of the minimum order from $50 to finally $65. Why charge a delivery fee and insist on a minimum order? Just charge a delivery fee, any fee you want, and then deliver whatever the customer wants. Ended up working with a flower shop in Pasco who had a cheaper delivery fee. These guys seemed unprofessional and like they really didn't care. Bad attitude for florists.

Today I ordered a Teleflora's Sunny Smiles and literally received the worst arrangement ever.
It started with me ordering on their online order site where I clicked and charged my card and everything. Mind you last year I ordered from here to and received the weirdest arrangement ever for my mom on Mother's Day I told myself I wouldn't order from here again but I'm from othello and I just wanted to support them still. Guess I shouldn't have. Anyway once I ordered I was worried I would get yet another phone call about something with the arangemt and little did I know they had called me to tell me that my arrangement could not be done.
Their first excuse on why I couldn't be done was bc they didn't have anymore lilies that went with the arrangement..... THEN after multiple excuses they went with the "well the price online was incorrect so well have to charge you more for it" okay??? Well I'm not the one to blame for the mistake that was ON YOUR WEBSITE.... like really so unprofessional of them to act like it was my fault for the incorrect price. I work in the business and if the online price said so and so and it was correct I would still be giving my clients that price bc it wasn't their fault!!! Anyway so I proceeded to tell them I would keep the same arrangement just add I different color of lilies BUT they said if I added any kind of lilie to it they would charge me for that too..... BUT THE ARRANGMENT CAME WITH LILIES I JUST WANTED A DIFFERENT COLOR SINCE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE ONE COLOR THE ARRANGEMENT CAME WITH. So then I said keep it all the same but instead of the lilies add carnations they said okay we can do that. So I left it at that thinking they would leave the roses that came with the arrangement and all. I really thought they would have made this arrangement so cute.
Get this my mom sent me a photo of her arrangement and it looked nothing like they said it would and even worse it didn't have the roses in there..... my mom hated it so much... ugh on mothers day too ): she literally said "this arrangement looks so sad"
This is beyond stupid. Get your stuff together. Not only did you want to up charge me but you completely ruined my moms day with this..... I paid $46 for what???? Never recommending this place to no one.

Received a beautiful surprise arrangement today! Pictures don't do it justice! I absolutely loved it! Melody and her staff are so nice and helpful! The building has been remodeled and looks stunning! There are also so many cute things to purchase as a gift that could make anyone feel special for any occasion! Support Othello's small businesses and go check it out!
