Floris Flower Co.

I'm always afraid of ordering flowers on-line or by the telephone as I'm never sure how they will turn out. I like buying from my local florist. Living out of the Toronto area now, I needed to order flowers from our extended family for the death of a family member. I asked the Funeral Home for a recommendation and then called Floris. I'm so glad that I did! Not only was the staff member helpful, but she went above and beyond to be patient and get the information accurate for me (and I could hear how busy they were in the background). I felt heard and understood...and that is not often the service I receive when not making a face to face purchase anymore. My family and I were even more delighted when we attended the funeral to see how much the arrangement resembled what I asked for and how well they coordinated it with the other arrangements that had been delivered to the Funeral home. Well done Floris! I have already recommended you to a few other people that I know that do live in the area and also my local florist in case she gets asked to recommend a florist in Toronto. If you are looking for quality flowers to be delivered with style then Floris Flower Co is hands down the best. The flowers are top notch and the service is exceptional. The classy packaging, handmade cards, and attention to detail that are what make this florist cool. I have sent several flowers over the years and the quality of their arrangements are always consistent. Flowers are fresh, fragrant and beautifully wrapped. They even called ahead to ensure the recipient is home and verify if there are any allergies or sensitivity to aromas. This ended up being a HUGE help when I ordered thank you flowers for a colleague and the girls at Floris let me know that not only was the recipient away for the week, she was allergic to certain flowers. Floris ensured something gorgeous and non-allergenic was delivered to her upon her arrival home from holidays. Needless to say, this level of service is rare in this day + age of couriers and online ordering. If you want to truly impress, I highly recommend this company. They're family owned, and I love to support a family-run, local business. GREAT service. QUALITY flowers. All my flower needs will always be done through Floris Flower Co!

Sarah is awesome! She was always in contact with me even during her busiest times. She was the only florist that showed a lot of interest in my mother's 60th birthday party I was planning. She puts in a lot of effort and detail in her work to ensure perfection! I will definitely be using Floris Flower's in future and upcoming events! THANK YOU :)
