Absolutely disgusting service. I’ve asked with the service to give me an information on a person who sent me flowers to my workplace, and I had no idea who the guy was, but eventually came to realize it was some creep I spoke to online for less than a week before cutting all ties with him. Somehow, he knew where I work, he knew my last name and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Needless to say, they contacted the guy and gave him a heads up that I was trying to touch base and what did I get? Another message from the stalker. Thanks a lot, way to make a girl feel unsafe. Who does that? Seriously. Contacted the service again to inform them of my situation. Response? Dead silence.

I ordered table settings for a birthday party for my Mother in Law 80th. Service was fantastic! Virginia listened to my suggestions and matched the settings to our venue picked all her favorite colours. We gave away all 15 settings and they lasted for 2 weeks. Everyone thought the flowers were outstanding touch. Thank you for all your hard work.

The rudest service I ever experienced. $79 for a dozen of short stem roses on a regular day (FEB 10th). The oriental seller shouted at me, refused to show the flowers, arranged the flowers badly. The flowers are not fresh and I was refused to touch them to see how fresh they were. I had to pay 79 dollars (with tax) for a dozen of short stem roses, badly arranged and not fresh , on a regular day (FEB 10). Half the bucket is dead in just two days (I was told the flowers were "brought in just this morning"). Overall, the quality of the flowers is the same as in a grocery store (or lower) but the price is nevertheless high (at least twice the price in a grocery store). If you are looking to buy flowers in the area you could consider Kennedy Flowers at 624 Mt Pleasant. These guys are also not too polite and not cheap but the flowers are very fresh, of much higher quality and are very nicely arranged each time I buy there. The seller also finds it appropriate to post misleading response review stating that my purchase was made on FEB 13th.

This customer bought a dozen red roses on Feb 13 evening and paid Valentine's Day price which was reasonable. When he came, we showed him all colors of our roses we had in the cooler & he wanted to touch every stem & spent more 5 minutes in our working area without making a decision. In such a busy & stressful holiday, we could hardly accommodate his continuous requests..
