I have walked in to this store 3 times now. Have had bad experiences all 3 times. The first time my boyfriend and I walked in to get my mom flowers on her birthday. The ladie that was working didn't come out to talk to us. We had to go in the back and ask her to come out and help us. She told us that she was the only one working and was on the phone for us to wait until she was done answering the persons questions on the phone. Fine. We waited 10 min and she never came out so we left. We just went back today 30 mins before closing to give her another chance. No one came out to see what we wanted. We waited for a good 10 min just to see if anyone would come and no one did. I would never go back here! I recommend that people do the same. Customer service is very important to me. Worst flower shop around

Bob was extremely helpful and understanding. He managed to squeeze me in last minute for a delivery. I'd rate it 6 stars if I could!

My last order of flowers was beautiful. BUT I was not very happy with the supplier, Just Flowers. I ordered with you, Hatcher Florist. I ALSO HAD TO PAY THE US RATE WHICH UPSET ME EVEN MORE. How do I prevent this from happening again?

Always professional service and beautiful quality arrangements. My aunt who is an avid gardener and from NZ loves the flowers from Hatcher Florist. Keep up the great work!

I asked for bright flower with color and send pics. Got a white arrangement with little color. Then ask for specific colors. He sent a pic of arrangement with a color I didn't ask for and it was dark. So I had him change it. Then he wouldnt send any more pics after he said he changed out to unwanted color. In the end the wife got a ugly dark gloomy arrangement which was far from what I asked for. Wasted $100 and my time. She wasn't excited for them when I asked her about them.
